Both the buyer and I have reported the feedback as false. Doesn't seem like the mods are doing anything about it... :thumbdn:

The mods cant do anything about it, the site owner Spark is the only one who can.

Bringing this up again. It's been 3 days. How long does it take to remove a fraudulent feedback comment from a profile? The buyer has his knife in-hand and i fulfilled my end of the bargain, for dirt cheap I might add. I'm going through hard times, so sold the knife for way less than I paid for it. I don't think it's too much to ask that the negative review be removed. Can this please be resolved?

Have you emailed Spark?
spark@bladeforums.com

How did the negative feedback get there to begin with?

I'm going through some tough times and had to take a second job. The box fell under the seat without me knowing. As soon as I realized it I apologized and sent it out right away. The USPS took it's time. I've god some good reviews to jump the gun and call me a thief...

I believe I've taken the high road by not leaving a negative review in return. I just want this taken care of and apparently the only one, Spark, hasn't seen fit to lend a hand.

I understand about tough times, I've had a second job for 2 yeas already. Not making excuses for anyone, but negative feedback is tough to get corrected. There is a crazy expectation that people are mature enough to use the system responsibly and not use it to play "tag, got you back" with it as so many people have decided to do in the recent past. getting this stuff fixed on a dime takes time away from his job, family, etc. It'll get resolved, that is why we ask for patience. and don't include a specific time frame. Good luck.

eslam98 - please, go play in the garden, go play with the kids, go play in the street, just go play, OK? This is being worked on; unfortunately for you, it's not on your timeframe or schedule. Again, it's being worked on. The harder you push, the harder it will be, for everyone. So, relax, go play, take a deep breath or three...it's being worked on. :)

I'm in the IT field. I left negative feedback to see if I could remove it without having to bother anyone else. Plain and simple. I troubleshoot, it's in my nature. I handle this sort of thing every day. Removing negative feedback once both parties have admitted to it being a mistake shouldn't be this difficult.

That's quite adept of you. You're actually my new luminary. Play in the street...will you agree to be my new simulacrum? How does it go? Read more, post less? There was a mistake with negative feedback between another member and me. How is that your business? Did you play in the sand box too often as a child? Those weren't snickers bars, you know...

Well, that didn't end well. Maybe he should've taken my advice. Thanks for the clean-up in aisle #3, brother. :)
