Hey all! I finally got my grubby hands on a FFG manix 2 sprint (in CTS-BD30P) and I'm loving it! In my humble opinion, this knife is even better than my para 2. Time will have to tell though
But the one thing this knife is FAR in-superior in is the action/detent. I feel like a lot of axis-type locking mechanisms inherently just have weak detents. With Benchmades it's no biggie because of the thumb studs, but with a Spydie hole I feel it makes more of a difference. It's not a huge worry about it coming open in my pocket, but it would be nice to make the deployment a bit faster and more reliable.
Is there some way to fix this? Improve this?
I'd be happy to hear your opinions, oh wise knife nuts!
