How to install a Rhino band

I know I saw a website on how to use one of these but I can't find it anywhere. I just got a Rhino band for my Seiko auto diver and I can't figure this thing out. Someone please help me!!!

How do you like that Rhino band? I wear one daily on my Seiko Black Monster. I removed the Rhino logo though. I think it looks much better without it.
