How To Join The Knifemakers Group

Paid for a knifemaker sub. 12/07/09 Order # 72901.
The FAQ's says "This is an automated system, as soon as you pay for your subscription, your membership will be activated."
But the option to join the knifemakers group is not showing in my control panel. The only group there is the bounced email group which I sure don't want.

You didn't use the automated system. You used the older, manual system. As such, it has to be manually activated, by me, which means it's on my desk.
