I have reviewed the Kitchen Kydex DVD by Mike Sastre and it enabled me to form many types of Kydex sheaths and holsters. The DVD is geared towards the beginner but has so many tips, and professional instructions as to be able to produce excellent products. Mike shows how to use the very basic tools everyone probably has at home. Mike also shows the use of the professional tools he uses for his business. I took my lap top down in my workshop in order to review the instructions as I formed the Kydex. I was able to make several sheathes and a holster and mag pouch that turned out very well. The only tool I bought was a heat gun which makes everything easier and better looking. I had never worked with Kydex before and was very pleased with the results a beginner can achieve using this DVD.

Thank you for the comments and review of the Kitchen Kydex dvd from Mr Sastre. There is also a ton of info on kydex sheathmaking to be found with the Search function here on BFC and other forums around the web.
