how to load pictures help needed?

I also posted this question in another area. Im sorry to people who cant believe how stupid of a question this is. But i am very computer illiterate & was wandering if anyone could possibly give me the idiots guide to loading pics. On here. I have a laptop but my daughter did something to kill it so as of right now my internet access is through a Motorola Droid Razr so dont know if that is why i cant figure out how to load pics. On here or not. Figured since pics. Were on phone already that would make it easier? Well im wrong. This whole computer/internet world to me is like Kryptonite to Superman & just cant figure out diddly. Squat! Well if anyone out there could give me the idiots guide it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks to everyone that can try to help me out.

You can upload pictures from you phone onto a free photobucket account and then copy the image file code and paste it into your post.

I suggest you use http://minus.com/. Extremely simple, either drag and drop the image file from your computer, or if you still can't get on your computer I'm sure you can still use the choose files feature on the site. You don't even need to sign up for it and the images never expire.
