I am trying to change pocket clips on my Benchmade 943. The three T-6 screws are super tight. I have a cheap driver set and its stripping the T6 driver. I will find a better driver set but is there an oil or spray I should try to use to loosen the screws?

The issue maybe with your bits/driver vs the screws. Its been a while since I've removed screws from BM pocket clips but in my experience, the majority of manf won't use loctite that is so strong that it will strip bits.

I suggest waiting until you can get a quality set of Torx or bits before you strip out the screw, which will cause an even greater headache.

FWIW, I pointed a heat gun at my Millie's pivot when it became clear the Loctite was strong in that one. Fixed my problem.

I use Kapton tape to protect the scales and use a Hot-Air Rework Station with a 3mm nozzle, and heat the screw up at 250C for 12 - 15 seconds with about 50% air pressure. The screw will come right out. That's if it has blue Loctite. If is has red Loctite then you might want to jump up the heat to 300C.
You may have to adjust the temp and time depending on the Rework Station that you have. Mine uses a pump, but some of them use a fan to force the air.
