How to make CS Drop Forged knifes scales ?

I need some tutorial (good one) how to make scales for Cold Steel Drop Forged knives ?
Which glue/epoxy is the best ?

Maybe there are scales for sale out there ?
Maybe some offer such service ?

I got few stag grip pieces ready to mount
Or maybe pure epoxy ?

Any solid tips appreciated :^)

I'd probably try lining the handle with aluminum foil (smoothed with the back of your fingernail to make it wrinkle-free) or saran wrap and pressing polymer clay into the recesses so you can use it as a positive to model in the material of your choice. Then cut, shape, and sand in the usual manner. Then it can either simply be epoxied in place, or a carbide drill can drill holes for scale hardware.

What specific model or models are you talking about? Cold Steel has made several different drop forged knives. A few of them have handle scales held on by screws.
