How To Make My BK2 Shine?

I stripped the paint off the blade, what do I do to make her shine? Something else I noticed is the blade appears to have what I can only call little folded creases on the top of the blade. The other side is void of them. Is this caused by a lack of finishing work? Can this be removed by way of sand blasting or hand sanding? I'm guessing it wasn't finished because it was to be coated anyway. It's difficult to see with these pictures.

Part of the way Becker keeps their price so reasonable is by avoiding a lot of costly finishing of the blade .... and the black coating will stick better to an unpolished surface.

I've seen a number of threads posted here on BFC where people did some really nice work polishing out Beckers by hand. Personally I don't think it's worth the time and effort ..... won't make the knife cut any better. Besides, in your pictures I think the finish you've got right now looks good, almost like Parkerizing. With time and plenty of use, your blade like it is right now and a fully polished one are going to wind up looking more and more the same anyway.
