how to mount water stones for edge pro apex model?

i bought 5 unmounted 120 grit stones (since its 1/2 the cost unmounted), and im wondering what type of glue to use when mounting them??

im assuming you basically chip off the old stone, sand paper off the remaninging glue, and then reglue a new stone on....

but what type of glue would you suggest?
