How to order from Frank Fischer?

I recently viewed some online pictures of Frank Fischer's Battle folding knife with a bolster lock. Just amazing! Is he taking custom orders? If so, how do I even go about doing so? Thank you.

I don't think his books have been open for a while. Rumor has it that he's charging upwards of $4k as a starting price these days...
