hey everyone, I stripped the paint off my delica 4 pocket clip and now it's a dull grey color. Is there anything I can do to make it shine? Preferably something not expensive. I was hoping just some compound I can rub into it and buff it or something. Thank you

One pretty easy way to do it is demo'd in the vids linked below (both by the same poster), if you have a Dremel or other rotary tool with a buffing wheel and some green compound:

Could probably do it by hand, without the powered tool; but it'd obviously take a lot longer. Other buffing compounds like Flitz, Simichrome, or Mother's Mag Polish should do as well, or maybe even better & faster, than the green compound, as their abrasives (aluminum oxide) will polish more efficiently than the green (chrome oxide).

How about grey titanium pocket clips? Is it possible to make them shine like a (grey reflective) mirror too, or are there certain metals (like grey titanium) which won't shine up mirror-like, even after the hardest efforts at the polishing job, remaining matt grey in the end?

Be warned if you have any significant scratch beyond the lightest hair line, with the buffing stuff, you will just get shiny scratches. It will look good if you don't get too close.

Doesn't take long to put new scratches on a pocket clip anyway, if the knife gets used or carried much. The stainless used for them is pretty soft and dings, scratches & scuffs easily. So, even if it starts out pristinely polished, it doesn't stay that way for long. I have several modern knives, which look nearly unused EXCEPT for the pocket clips, which are almost always the first dead giveaway of any use or carry at all.

If I were going to the trouble of refinishing a clip on one of my own, I'd personally opt for a more muted satin finish, like Scotch-Brite, 220/320/400-grit, etc, which at least hides some of the lighter scratches more effectively.
