How to polish Blackjack knife

I got this BlackJack Trail Guide, first edition, Effingham Illinois, at a Pawn shop for $45!! Tax included!

Well some tarnish and scratches are on the blade.

How do I carefully polish the scratches and tarnish out?

I've had pretty good luck with Semi chrome metal polish.

That's a great find! I wouldn't worry about scratches if you're going to use it.
