How to post a gif

For the life of me I can’t figure out how to post gifs. Could somebody help me grow my forum-fu?

If I recall correctly, if you upload directly from your phone or computer it is the same method as a photo.

My issues have been with the files being too large. Maybe it's just me, but they seem to have different constraints than regular photos and I cant figure out how to resize them to the correct size.

Someone help!

Paste the link to the gif the same way that you paste a link to an image.


If you're having trouble getting the link in the first place, that's a whole other ball of wax. I use Google Image, click the Gif and open it in a new window to copy the link.

if you save a Gif to your phone or PC I couldn't get that to work either ... I had to find the Gif online and link it to get it to work for me.

I use pistimages.org and treat it just like a photo. Save to phone. Upload to postimages, drop link into BFC post.
