How to post a video?

Hi - I post pics frequently, usually from Photobucket. But now I have a 1:39 video which currently is on my laptop's desktop. I'd like to post it in the Becker sub-forum but I cannot figure how to get it onto Photobucket or how to post it directly to the forum.

Is it possible to do that? How?

I would've assumed you'd get a reply from others by now. But, so far as I know, the majority of posted videos on the BF site are first uploaded from one's computer to youtube (get an account there first), then the URL from that youtube page is linked in the post here (use the 'Insert Video' icon in the editor window to paste the URL into the dialog that pops up).
