After you read the UBB code guidlines, you will need your pictures hosted by a web server. Many people here use www.photopoint.com
Once your picture is on a web server, you can use the UBB code to post a text link to the picture, or a direct image link, or a thumbnail (that is the hardest method). If you post images, make sure they are no bigger than around 500 X 400 pixels or you will cause the Scrolling Screen of Death for those with smaller monitors and slow loading problems for folks with slow internet connections.
