Hi Robert,
I post a lot of pictures on different sites and have found Picasa, which is a free Google download, to be the easiest and best program. Take your pics then load them on your computer using the Picasa program; you can straighten, crop or most any other adjustment using there program. Then upload the pics to there server and then click on the insert image in the top toolbar and post away. Its an easy program to use and cost nothing.
If you are having technical problem with this site I am in the dark.
I just posted this pic of my pup using the Picasa program. There is no resizing needed the program takes care of that when you upload.
