How to post pictures

Could someone help me figure out how to post picture? I know I have to post them to photobucket first but my problem is the pictures won't show up.
 
IMG link has to be in brackets like this.


The best method is find a picture you want to post, save it to a folder on your computer.

The go to imgur dot com and "upload image" at the top of the page. With imgur you can also load an image right from a webpage URL.

Click browse your computer, click on the picture from the folder and click "start upload"

Once its uploaded go down to the 'BBCode (message boards & forums)' section and copy and paste that link to your post. Img ur will automatically put it in brackets for you.

That should do it. The same should work for photobucket.

Do not use URL brackets for pictures.
 
I just drop 'em on google drive, set it to let anyone with the link view it and paste the link
 
No sense in opening another thread, if I get a gold membership would I be able to post pics from direct from my Chromebook?
 
I tried imgur and could only get a stamp sized pic. Maybe doing something wrong but I know what I'm doing with my Chromebook so probably get a membership next week.
 
I have a Chromebook at work, I'll tinker with it. I haven't tried uploading pictures with it yet.
 
When you upload to imgur you are given options on how big you want the picture to show up. If you have issues with it still being a postage stamp, remove the l or m before the .jpg
 
i just tried to use the "Upload a File" button on the bottom of the thread from my Chromebook & it said the file was too large...

i use photobucket personally(and Fotki for work) and have since I joined w/ no issue
