Easy, either upgrade your forums experience and upload pictures directly to the BF server, or use a public account such as photobucket and copy the image location in the address bar of your browser and then click the little yellow card at the top of reply box (the one with mountains and a stamp on it) and paste the location in there.
For practice, quote someone that has posted a picture and look at their image codes and where it came from. Preview your reply then discard or esc out.
