how to proceed....

greetings. so back in june i ordered a karambit from the website...i was worried that it wouldnt be shipped in time because I moved to taipei yesterday. i was assured over the phone that it would arrive before my departure. i called 3 times over the course of the last month, and each time the nice woman on the phone said that it would "ship tomorrow, and i would get a tracking number in an email". never happened. now when i call or email i get no answer and no reply/returned call. what should i do? thanks.
-lost in taipei.
 
Don't worry, I had trouble contacting them by phone yesterday as well. Once you get in touch with them they will take care of you. I know from one of the other threads that many of the War Boars were delayed, hopefully yours was one of them so they can now ship it to you in taipei.

Mugato7, try them again 2day, maybe its a slight error or mix up. All of my dealings with the store have been EXCELLENT, polite, professional and above and beyond....cant say more. I wouldn't worry, INFI is worth the wait !:thumbup:
 
According to the time stamp on your post you were calling in the middle of the night? 4:49 AM :confused: Might be part of the problem.

Hey thats right! If youre now in Taipei, I believe theres a 12 hour difference? :confused:
 
thats assuming that no time lapsed between my calling and my posting...not the case. nonetheless, amy has replied and i feel instantly guilty for being a tad...grouchy. thanks all. i am really an uber-pleasant guy, i just get excited. soon warboar and i will be together. peace.
 
Mugato... best times to call are when they're drinking. :D Best service ever and even an occasional "I love you man... No, really... I LOVE YOU MAN!!!" ;) :D
