Maybe a strange question for you guys. But not easy for all Busse fans in China. I've heard at least 4 kinds of pronunciations when we talked about BUSSE. But no one knows which is correct!!! :(

We don't speak English but I'm sure you guys know how to pronounce the name of one of the best knives in the world.

Just curious, do you use "international phonetic sign" ? ;)
That links English to all the others. THX!!!

I thought it was Bue-see. Like the Actor Gary Busey. For a long time I was saying it like Buce. Rhymes with Duce. I know that's wrong.

I'm sure that it is pronounced in a way that rhymes with "fussy". I know Jerry Busse, and I have heard him pronounce his name.

Ever since i got my first Busse it now sounds like Quality and excellences in knife steel and design. And that is how i pronounce "BUSSE"  :)

Cool! I knew I was saying it right. Now, how about:

Choil- I've always thought it was like coil but have heard it pronounced with the H.

Baton-I've always said it like the stick in a relay race. But I've recently heard it said/rhymes with satin.

ive always though it was choil with the ch- sound not just a c-

ive always heard it like the relay race--- buh-tawn

Always trust the photographer. He is an honorable man.;)

Plus ... I've also met Jerry a "few" times. And that is indeed the correct pronunciation.
