This is a sword design I have had around for quite awhile and I'm finally getting it started.

Since I have tomorrow off this will be a fun day creating a mess on the shop floor. Plans for a Flat ground 5160 with either a hidden tang or full tang handle. Decorated "D" guard and a Hamon line...should be alot of fun
I will be building two of them one fancy and one for me to chop stuff up with YeeeeHaaaa!

Yea it is a little short for a scimatar...this is my first attempt at a sword so Thats my excuse and I'm sticking with it

Yes Tracy thats the pattern I used except this one will have a "D" Guard.
