How to remove blade markings

I recently purchased a thin red line endura because I wanted full flat grind with serrations and only this and the police version had this from what I can tell. Anyways I was wondering what kind of solvent could take the black lettering off the knife, I feel like there is too much writing and want to clean up the look. It appears the logos are depressed into the blade like it was laser etched and then filled with black printing? I don't want to try and grind the blade down flat but maybe just getting the black printed part off would draw less attention?

Acid etch? If the blade doesn't need to be satin?

Tho, I've acid etched some Spyderco's, that the etching didn't fully come off. Even with long etch times.

I don't particularly need a satin finish, might actually give acid etching a try if it lessens the logos on the blade. Is the little black Spyder acid etched when the knife is produced?

Markings produced by laser annealing are durable, acid, chemical and corrosion resistant. Mechanical ablation is needed such as sanding or grinding to remove the markings.

Guess I'll have to live with how it is. Still might acid etch the blade to see how it looks though

It doesn't "lessen" it.. it will either remove it or won't..

I've had some only take half the letters or half the Spyderco logo.
Kinda odd.

I've polished the H1 logos off some salt knives before. It does take some time though. I usually use scotch Brite pads but I disassemble the knife and polish the whole blade to make it look the same.

Etched. Although, this was done over 10 years ago. Had to mask the 'Spyderco CPM-M4' otherwise it would have been hardly visible. The Spyderco logo is barely there.
