So I am trying to remove the pocket clip spacer on my small sebenza. Its stuck, and I cant figure out how to get it out. Any suggestions? I cant be the only person this has happened to. Was fairly tight going in, but I didnt think much about it at the time.

Not exactly sure what you are referring to-are you referring to a filler tab where the pocket clip goes or something else

Try warming the scale up in boiling water and then put an icecube on the filler plate. Hopefully the filler plate will shrink enough to tap it out. Also through inertia. Tap the corner on a piece of leather covered wood. Theoretically the mass of the filler plate keeps moving while the scale stops suddenly. Hopefully this'll either pop it out or move it enough to get something under it to pry it out. Use a piece of hard plastic or wood to pry with, this'll prevent any scratching.

If the sucker is glued in place, hit with a heat gun (much hotter than a hair dryer). Then lift it with a dental pick.

Believe it or not I didn’t have great sucess removing
a purple loctited pivot with a hear gun. (Mostly cause of crappy improvised tools.)

However I stuck the knife in the freezer for a few hours and the loctite broke no problem.

Back the screw halfway out, wrap some fishing line around it, and tug.
I believe you would still be threaded to the scale at that point. Likely not enough threading left to pull this idea off once screw is fully out of the scale-but I could be wrong

The idea is to back out enough to only have a bite in the insert itself, so you might have to back out a bit more and try again to find the sweet spot. You just don't want to back so far out you jerk the screw from the insert.

you might be able to catch the insert on the screw threads, but the insert itself is not threaded and the screw slips right through
