How to remove thumb stud on Hogue Mini-RSK MK1-G2?

Does anyone have any tips/know how to remove the thumb stud on the Hogue Mini-RSK? On the regular size RSK there is a hex torx screw that can be unscrewed to remove the thumb stud but that screw doesn't exist on the mini version.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry, hadn't seen this. For better or worse, they weren't really designed to be disassembled. They are basically internally threaded together with locktite. Without a special tool to fit the stud, you'll end up having to do something like grab the studs with vise grips and unscrew which will certainly badly damage them. Which, may be fine, depending on what you're planning to do by removing them.
