How to repair pocket knifes

Hi I am new to these forum, I am looking for books or other online information on how to fix old pocket knifes. I run a auction house and we get in all types of knifes each week some good and some not so good. I am looking for something to do on rainy days here and have lots of old knifes that may need a handle or a new blade. Thanks for any help. Wm
