How to repare my Laguiole?

I have a Laguiole Arbalète G. David linerlock on wich one of the wooden scales fell.

Should I glue it back with epoxy or with something else?

Any more advices so I won't ruin my knife?

Can you post a link to a picture? I would like to see the knife you are talking about. I am not familiar with this type of knife and don't want to comment without seeing it.
