Question How to report another member not shipping a knife that is paid for?

Hi,

A little help please. How or where do I report a problem with another member not responding to my request as to when the knife I paid for via PayPay would be shipped? I have left two messages for kysteve and several emails to his yahoo account and one also via PayPay and no response. He is an active member and just seems to not want to follow through on the sale. A tracking number was created and the package never mailed. I opened a case with PayPay and they will have a resolution within 10 days.

Sadly it seems to be a pattern with this member ... there are a few other threads about his delays in the GB&U forum ... you may want to post there read up what other members have dealt with ...
 
I believe you can also report his sale thread to the moderators by clicking on the "Report" button at the bottom of his post.
 
Your thread from last Sunday is in the proper forum, The Feedback: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly for reporting good and bad deals, dealers, and other topics on buying and selling.

It looks like a mod has banned him for being on the forums and not taking any steps to rectify his problems. I would recommend updating your thread title to something like "kysteve is a bad seller" so it doesn't look as ambiguous. We also appreciate any updates to know when you're made whole through PayPal.
