Can some one please help me with this ? how to reverse bad feedback left for a member, The other party and myself overreacted thus resulting in my leaving unfavorable feedback for him . We have since remedied our problem like gentlemen and I want to reverse my feedback that I left him.
 
Moved to the tech support.

If you go to the feedback page you will see a symbol that looks like an exclamation point inside a triangle. Click that and you will be able to send a report with details. Only Spark the site's owner can alter feedback so don't expect an immediate response.

As has been mentioned...patience is required. It took about 4 months of twice MONTHLY appeals from me, the person who left the negative feedback, and a few members who chimed in...before the negative was changed. BUT IT WAS CHANGED.
 
Wrong iTrader Feedback

Do not give iTrader feedback unless you have a completed deal.
Do not leave revenge iTrader feedback because a seller refused to deal with you.
Use FEEDBACK / The Good, The Bad, The Ugly instead when iTrader is inappropriate.

To correct iTrader feedback:

Click on his user name to go to his profile page.
Click on Feedback Score and find View Complete Feedbacks for ...
Find the summary for your transaction and click on the red triangle icon.
Fill in the details in the box that opens up. Spark is the only one who can act on this.
