How to Revive backspring ?

I was going through a few knives and some have very weak - feeling springs
No real snap / walk & talk non existent

Wondering what if anything can improve that issue

recently obtained Kabar stockman is an example when closing main blade it has to be pushed closed ..

Sometimes a deep clean of the pivot will remedy the issue. Crud and corrosion can create the symptoms you mention, so I'd start there.
On the other hand, the blade tang/spring could be so worn that not much can be done.

Cleaning can't hurt for sure .. it's not that bad looking . the other spring seems fine

Yep, a good cleaning is really about all you can do. Any further measures require major knife surgery, and may require new springs to be made.
