How to sell in exchange

I can see the exchange for sale by individuals but I can't not figure out how to post a new thread to sell what I have. Do I just make a new post here and the site manager places it?

Make sure you enable your ability to receive email from members rough the forum. Do not post your email address publicly, to prevent scams. We've had people fall victim to this stuff in the past, so you need to protect yourself. An unregistered user claiming to be another member with good feedback, items get traded and only one person sends the items off. Very scumball move, but it can and will happen. I'm not sure what you're looking at. You can't post in For Sale by Individuals. You have to post in one of the subforums, like For Sale: Production Folders (Individual).
