how to sell knves on bladeforums

so i was gonna sell these 2 knives i made but im not exactly sure how the whole process of selling knives on here works, i know you have to pay that $25 for a membership, so what are the next steps, and i plan on using paypal to get the payments

You need a Gold membership to sell what you've bought,
a Knifemaker membership for what you have made,
or a Dealer membership if you sell for others.

Once you pay for your membership, go back to Paid Subscriptions to see when it takes effect. PayPal costs more and takes longer to go through. Credit card payments are automated.

Then go to Settings(upper right)
then to Permission Groups (left side)
then select your correct membership level.

I suggest browsing the FEEDBACK forum at the top of the Exchange, especially the stickies, for what to watch out for.
 
the gold membership says "They may sell items in the For Sale By Individuals" so can i buy that membership and sell the knives there?
 
another important note, i do kinda have a business, although i havnt sold anything, so can i sell them as custom knives in the "For Sale by Individuals" section

No. The individual sales section is for production type knives and for individuals to sell items out of their collections.
If you are selling knives you've made and have a business doing so, you need the knifemaker membership as Esav explained in post #3. Your sales will need to go in the knifemakers market as amflud posted above.

If they are knives that you made then no. You would need a Knifemaker/Craftsmen membership and then place the knives in the Knifemakers For Sale section.
With the K/C membership you can still sell productions knives or custom knives (not ones you made) in their respective forums.
