How to send a knife back to CR?

I am wanting to send my Sebenbza back to CR to have dual thumbstuds installed, but I'm not sure what the procedure is.
Can I just write a letter stating what I want done, and include a personal check for the expense and return shipping?

Also, what is the address to send the knife back to?

Good point, but I already did email them, and got a reply. Unfortunately, in my email I only asked what the prices were, and now I can't seem to get another reply asking how to send the knife in for work.
CR is most certainly not the only company that seems to limit me to 1 email reply, so I don't blame them.

Anyway, if nobody here knows I guess I can call them on the phone..it just seemed easier to ask here.
 
Mike, the CRK Crew is in Vegas at the SHOT Show. I'm sure they will get back to you upon their return.

Well, I typed too soon, and just heard back from Julie at CRK.

Just got impatient wanting to hurry up and send it in so I could get it back that much sooner :)

BTW, kudos to CRK for the fast and multiple responses.
