How to sharpen a cleaver?

It is 0.120" thick behind the edge at the "tip" end and 0.170" thick behind the edge at the handle end. It is currently sharpened in a convex shape, like a thin ax.

Job one is to make handles but then I plan to sharpen it. I already have a very thin, smaller cleaver. It is not hard steel, very easy to make a sharp razor edge on it. That one is a slicing machine.
