I'm pretty new to the knife world and had never seen a full convex blade until the NMSFNO LE arrived. Without a secondary bevel, the knife looks like it could be tricky to sharpen. Normally I'd use a Sharpmaker at 40 degrees, but not sure what to do here. Input appreciated ... except from Randucci whose HOGfoolery with last night's EpicGanzaa had me (easily) fooled!
