Hello all great forum here. I recently acquired an SRK in VG-10 San Mai (cold steel mfr # 35AN). And I'm trying to figure out the best way to sharpen it. I've done internet searches and watched youtube videos, and now I'm more confused than I was before. Seems there are many different versions of the SRK and in different blade materials, so I'm looking for what is the proper method of sharpening the VG-10 San Mai version. I believe it is a hollow grind? And from my understanding, how you sharpen a knife depends on the grind type it is.
Any help, or Amazon product links would be greatly appreciated. I just don't want to screw my knife up and ruin the edge or make it duller, which I have done on other knives in the past.
