What are the basic tools needed to start forging? Can anyone please explain different variations of anvils, hammers, forges, etc? Also, please give recommendations for these tools, and advice on how to start. Thank you! Sorry if that this is just a long list of questions.

A good place to start would be to look for a local blacksmith school or smith. Someone that could either show you or guide you into learning a truly fascinating and rewarding hobby. If that's not feasible then what DeadboxHero said. There's a lot to explore and learn in those stickies.

Definitely read the stickys. But you basically need a heat source (forge) a hammer and something to pound on (anvil)
I'd recommend stock removal at first. Its easier to forge a knife when you already understand how to make one

Start by filling out your profile. You have no location and no basic info. No one knows where you are so we can't really offer much advise.

I agree that starting to forge before you know how to make a knife is the wrong order. It would be like starting a surgical incision before you studied anatomy.

Find a blacksmith/knifemaking group near you, or an individual. They might be able to show you some basics. You will have to attend with a parent.

Libraries are still great places to start learning about forging. That is how I learned. BTW, a library is a big brick building somewhere downtown with lots of books inside it.

Realize that at age 13 many groups and/or individuals will not be willing to have you in their forge due to legal and liability issues.

Minjun, where do you live in Korea? I used to live in Jollanam-do Gwanju for 2.5 years!

Now you see why we need the location. Korea is a harder place for many of us to give advice on. Where in Korea do you live? There is a blacksmith shop on the outskirts of Seoul.
