How to take apart BM710? (liner does not have space for Axis bar to slip out)

Can I unscrew the axis bar to remove the "head" parts from the middle bar part?

I tried, but couldn't get it to budge, but I also didn't use that much force.
 
I've taken those off, but if you've actually tried to disassemble a 710 you'd know what I'm talking about.

Do a search on my name, I did a few walk throughs/how tos on it, in the mean time I'll see if I can find the old pics.
