Short of removing them, is there any way to tame down the grippy rubber inserts under the pocket clip? It makes it a hassle pulling it out of my pocket as well as putting it back in.

https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
The area under the pocket clip is Aluminum though (when carried as issued from the factory that is). Adjusting the clip might help.
Straight edge razor blade? Shave the material flush with the scale?
I have made that, works well. You need boxcutter blade, old straight razor, or some other keen and sharp blade.Straight edge razor blade? Shave the material flush with the scale?
Well I did it, it looks alright, and is easier in and out of the pocket, but I may just take out the inserts all together and put in some skate tape or something.
