How to tell the old SPOT from the new SPOT

I posted this in another thread but seemed to get no reply, so here is the question.

Since the new SPOT are shipping now the modifications are complete. how can we tell which one is the new SPOT with the improved sheath and micarta handle and which ones are the old stock? Are there any identifying marks or any blade etchings?

New SPOTs have a have a rivet of sorts in place of one of the small holes in the blade. The rivet allows the SPOT to fit more securely in the sheath and the new SPOTs have a sheath with a tension screw. If you see a new SPOT, what I am writing will be very apparent.
