I think he had the new "Non-Dulling" sheath in that video.
could be wrong but, arnt the new sheath shaped to the blade (flat outline) and the old ones almost had a Tanto outline?

No, there are actually 3 generations of sheaths, the "tanto" 1st gen. the "becker necker" 2nd gen and the 3rd gen wich should have more or less solved the problem, sorry for the confusion B.
I am indeed getting a little confused, are there any visual differences between the 2nd and 3rd gen sheaths then? By the way, what generation is your sheath?
