how to tighten (adjust) my smith wesson knife.

I have this knife and it's gotten loose at the pivot point. is there some kind of way to tighten that round thing with the little holes in it. i cant seem to find a tool that works.

Check the Sanrenmu/Bee thread in Review subforum, plenty of advice there, because some models have similar setup.

A small snap ring plier might fit in 2 of the holes, try bringing the knife when shopping for one.

An old fork with the tines cut and bent correctly would work, cheaply.

A small pair of needle-nose pliers would work okay, but they may scratch things up if you're not careful.
