How to upload pic??

Can someone please tell me how to upload a picture? Is it possible to do on a phone? Cause right now it's feeling like rocket science
 
Paid members can upload pics straight from their computer. Not sure about phones.

As a Registered User you can upload photos to a free photo hosting site and copy and paste the IMG link into your post.

I use Photobucket and with the Photobucket app it makes it simple to take pics on my smart phone, upload and then post.
 
I cannot make photobucket pictures work even from the computer.

I've tried all the 4 link it offers (Email, Direct, Url & IMG) They all show up as error...

Just copy the IMG link directly into the text of the post.
