How to upload profile picture

How do i upload my profile picture ? Went to MY PROFILE did not see where to upload ?

Profile pics, Avatars, Messaging...etc... are reserved for those with paid memberships. As a registered user you will not be able to do so.

Please update your Usergroup by going to Settings>Paid Subscriptions and selecting your paid membership, or by using this link: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/profile.php?do=editusergroups
