On several occassions, guys have approached me in regards to using their collection of Bader wheels on the KMG. Now I have a solution:

This adaptor bolts onto the tool arm and accepts the Bader wheels with 5/8" stud shafts. The adaptor is CNC machined to provide the proper offset from left-to-right so the bader wheels are in alignment with the KMG.

Rob, one of the reasons I bought a KMG in the first place was that you obviously listened to your buyers and took care of their needs after the sale. You also continue to experiement and come up with new enhancements for the grinder. Nice to see that...

Same here Tracy , it is unusual for a company to do R&D so that guys can use existing components they might have around from other machines. In fact most of the time it seems companies do the opposite, they make things so that you have to buy their accessories. Thanks Rob, I couldn't be happier with my KMG !

Thanks for the kind words Guys!! One of the original design goals for the KMG was to allow the user to adapt a wide variety of attachments and motors to the machine with the idea of saving money and using local resources.

Thanks again,
-Rob
