its possible with a lot of custom work. never seen anyone do it yet.
ive seen a washer knife get turned into a bearing knife tho.
in any case, it seems to be too much trouble than its worth. if you have the skills and materials to do it, id like to see the end result. but if your asking... that means you probably dont (no offense).

I'm going to say maybe...
Depending on how the bearing seats are milled on the particular knife.
With a micrometer and a supplier with a decent variety of pb washers a few could be stacked to accomodate.
But there are of course some variables...
