How tough is Bondo fiberglass resin?

Made a sheath (sort of) out of resin soaked canvas (Bondo resin from Walmart). It holds the knife pretty good, but I'm wondering if it will stay tight. If Anyone ever tried it or has experience with similar products, can you tell if the retention wears out with time or if there are other issues I should know about.

Your own personal experience with the sheath and retention will probably be your best and most reliable source of information, but logic would seem to dictate that once the bondo sets up, it's there, just like that forever. I would not think you would have anything problems with it moving or changing size or dimensions inside or out.
