So... how was your day? Today, my electrical and computer engineering graduate student team won our Carnegie Mellon University softball chamionships... beating out the computer science, IT, Psych... etc. teams out for the championships.

Oh... also, I secured 2 (two) consecutively numbered BM-43's and a BM-47B (black handled?). ... and I'm in the runnings for 2 numbered BM-47's as well. :P

Jeez, does anybody else think he's laying it on a bit thick? I'm just getting a 42, and he's singing about four or five BM's at once...

:D

J/K, I hope you enjoy them.

hahah im a kluts.. how does one cut the bottom of his foot with a bali while manipulating? LOL

Well today I just got a pair of FHMs. I had got them both fr $75. One is a shiy kriss and the other is a rambo styled one with a POCKET ClIP. Its great and I have already broke them both in.

How was my day?

Better than your's.

Today was my day. I won't share the entire long list of great things that happened to me today, but I will share the greatest blessing of today, one of the greatest blessings of my life: Seven months ago, my mother was diagnosed with fairly advanced and very serious cancer. Since then, she's undergone major surgery, and intensive and very unpleasant radiation and chemotherapy therapy. She called today to share the results of her last round of medical tests. There are no further signs of cancer. She is cured. Praise God!

Amen!
That is great. I have a freind who also had cancer but has rcovered. That is great news to hear and I hope all goes well with your mother.

That is such GREAT news Chuck! Tell her a total stranger from Indiana wishes her well.

Thats great news Chuck. Im sure all of the forums are very happy for you and your mother:). Add 1 complete stranger from St. Pete to the list.:)

great news, chuck! give her my best! it's wonderful to hear of someone recovering so well from such a dangerous illness. when the person is close to you, it makes you treasure them even more than before.
peace.
aleX.

That's just great Chuck. I wish both of you well.

And I thought it was going to be tough to beat Penguin's news.

That's great news Chuck! I lost my older brother to cancer; I know how difficult it can be. Add yet another stanger to that list of well-wishers. :)

Mine was'nt too bad if you like hot MUGGY weather. Glad to hear your mom's doing better Chuck, my wife's bro just got out of surgury for liver cancer. But on the other hand, I just dealed for 2 numbered BM tanto's :), and I blew off work too!!

Chuck, that's great news. I had an aunt that was afraid she had cancer, but fortunately, she didn't. It does scare the bejeezus out of someone when they hear the word "cancer", though.

I won a second place medal today with my stick form and my wife won second place with her Taekwondo form at a regional tournament in South Bend Indiana.:):):)

Gollnick I'm glad to here your mother has recovered. I lost my grandmother not long ago and the Grand Master of the American Taekwondo Association lost his battle with cancer as well. My grandmother was only 65 and our Grand Master was only 65 as well I believe.
