How wide is the Mini Manix?

If you're asking about it's closed width from the back of the knife to the top of the spyderhole, I asked and was told it was 45.3mm or 1.8 inches.

Thanks. Based on this, it's wider than my 710HS. If so, that's pretty wide as I was thinking of one for my pocket.

Yeah, it's only a mm less wide than the big Manix. I loved the Manix but it just took up way too much of my pocket. I keep my knives in the same pocket as my wallet and it just didn't work. I was hoping the mini would have been trimmer but no luck.

I had the same issues with a full size Grip and wallet in same pocket. If you like the Manix and need something smaller, check out the NavigatorII. Extremely strong lockup for small knife, similar blade shape to Mini-Manix. Kind of a Micro-Manix. Razor sharp, solid, and good for the office.

Great value.

Don't discount the Manix or Mini due to their width. I started carrying them inside the waste band on my strong side and not only don't they interfere with putting my hand in my pocket, there aren't any clip scratches on stuff and no one can see the pocket clip on my pocket.

I just got ahold of a Mini Manix, and the first thing I did was to compare it to my full-size Manix. They're nearly identical in width. All Sal did was taper the Mini blade more, and taper the end of the handle to match. Most of the handle lines are nearly identical.

The mini manix handle fit my hand a lot better than the full size, so I went with the mini. It's certainly not a mini knife.
