How Will This Defect Affect Performance?

I put a custom handle on this blade. The problem is, I set the tang in there cocked at an angle, so the blade is not straight up-and-down. I think the picture will make clear what I am saying.

I worked so long and hard to shape the handle, I hate to remove it. I believe it would be impossible to remove it without destroying it.

Will this defect alter performance in a serious way? Thanks for any feedback.

If you use it enough, you won't notice the off angle cause you will be used to it.
I wouldn't worry about it too much.
How about a full shot of the knife, as the handle looks pretty cool.

I guess I should mention, I am thinking of selling it, so I don't want to test it out myself to see how it performs.

Thanks, Angus. And thanks for the feedback. One thing I like about this knife is I know it is super tough.

It's a quirky handle. It just kept evolving. The white spot is marine epoxy, and as you can see, I stuck a dowel through it, too. I still haven't decided whether to keep it or sell it.

I like how the sheath turned out, even though the leg strap is over the top:

Great work on the handle. I don't think the angle on the blade will make much of a difference. Functionally it is a non issue.
